Almond Burfi


This dessert made of almond, sugar and ghee melts in your mouth. It is cut to diamonds and if you carry a piece with you even if you miss lunch you won't feel hungry.

Almonds - 250 GMs

Sugar - 500 GMs

Butter - 500 GMs

Saffron - a pinch

Soak the almond, remove the skin and grind to a paste using a little milk.

Taka saucepan with thick bottom, add the almond paste, sugar & ghee (clarified butter) and stir well on medium fire.

When the mix starts leaving the side, pour on a plate and cut pieces.
